Employees - Everyone from start to finish was great. We started with Nate, and he was very informative, and extremely patient with our decision making. Not once did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. Our job supervisor, Josh, was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional, kind, and dedicated to our satisfaction. It was very easy to communicate with him, and he was excellent at keeping us informed on the progress, as well as the changes. This was a big deal to us and he made us very comfortable all along the way. I must note that the crew was great too. Todd spent a lot of time here, did excellent work, and was also patient with our requests. He’s great! Electricians Chad and Jorge were also very friendly, and did a great job with the lights!! Everyone from the office was very friendly and helpful too!

Trade Contractors

Trade Contractors - The carpet and drywall installers were great. They were friendly, respected our house and did a good of keeping areas clean.

Work Done Right - There were only a few minor things that we wanted to be adjusted, but Josh was awesome at making sure we were satisfied!

Several instances of surprise details to our project that we didn't expect but have left us with a feeling that the craftsman cared personally to make the outcome of our project exceptional.

My remodeling project involved much more than I had anticipated, but the final result was far greater than any expectations I may have had. They guided me toward products of quality; great windows, cabinetry, etc that has been well worth the cost. They are all about long term value. My dad had a saying: "Do it right or do it over". Pennings and Sons are from the first category. They were professional in every respect, and all of them honestly were great to work with.

My number one priority was that the odd little cement block cottage we started with, and the addition to make it a year round home could NOT look like an addition. They listened to what I liked (a historic look, symmetry, wide woodwork and trim, lots of glass to enjoy the views of the water. They visited my former historic home to see what I was about, and then proposed their service. I decided to try it and they nailed the exterior on the first try...a country style Greek Revival reproduction. The interiors are anything but, with interesting angles, lots of glass, privacy in personal spaces, and openness in public spaces, and detail beautifully executed everywhere. They charge for this service, but then applied a percentage of it toward the job, making it exceptional value.

We couldn't be more pleased with our Master Bathroom/Closet Remodel. Pennings & Sons made the process exciting and fun. We would defiantly look to Pennings & Sons for any future remodeling needs.
