Friendly and effective and timely.

I have already recommended Pestex to a few friends and they have enlisted Pestex services for mouse exclusion work.

They were efficient and did what they said they were going to do.

Wildlife removal was great, had squirrels in the attic. Traps were set up which successfully caught the squirrels. The entry points were effectively sealed off and I haven't had an issue since. James was the technician for this work and knew what he was doing. Great!

I also have mice in the basement and attic. In my opinion, I basically just paid Pestex a premium for mouse traps. I had to bait them myself and continually swap them in and out. I asked them not to use poison bait as I didn't want dead and rotting mice behind my walls making an odor. They deployed them anyway, had to have them come back out and remove what they could...some were tossed into locations that could not be retreived. I consistently asked them to use peanut butter as bait but they never did. Once they left, I would have to go around and bait all of the traps myself. I set up a test to see if the mice preferred Pestex shit bait or peanut butter. I had two traps side by side and the trap with the peanut butter would always catch the mice whereas the Pestex baited traps never had mice in them. Also one technician tracked their sticky bait all over my house, had to have them come back out to clean the mess but I still have stains in my carpet.

I would absolutely hire them again to take care of wildlife and would recommend this service. Would probably never hire their services for pest control or recommend.

Pestex came to provide an estimate on a quarterly service; I have had to follow up 3 times now and still have not received a quote. Very poor customer service.
