For 40 years we’ve been bringing inground pools to backyards in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas including Avon, Bloomington, Brownsburg, Carmel, Fishers, Greenfield, Greenwood, Noblesville, Lafayette, Plainfield and Zionsville. From custom crafted luxury in-ground pools to our affordable above ground pool options, featuring Doughboy, we offer a wide range of in-ground pool designs to suit backyards and budgets of all sizes. Since breaking ground on our first project in 1981, we’ve grown from a small family business to Indiana’s largest pool company. But we’ve never outgrown our reputation for quality workmanship and customer support. With over 5,300 in ground pool installations to our name, we continue to maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 98.5%. We truly believe that this unflagging commitment to service and the customer experience is what sets us apart in the pool industry, and what earned us the 2011 award for Best Local Pool Builder. Yes. The pool was built really well. I felt like we just got dropped off and it is hard to remember things due to being a new homeowner. The concrete cracked in a few places and we wouldn't have let them done that and would have done the joists.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Landscaping plan, price, and 10 out of 10! The design really elevates our pool and backyard. This is the main area that my expectations were exceeded. In general the level of communication between Jake, Dustyn & Chris was great! I’ve hired out many projects and that is usually a big downfall with contractors but these guys do their jobs really well.

Additional Comments - Thank you to the entire Pools of Fun team. As people who have never had a pool (built or purchased a home with one existing), we could not have been more impressed. The trust built and care exhibited by the Pools of Fun team really put me and my wife at ease. It was clear there were true professionals and thought leaders who knew the ins and outs of a pool project that were working on our pool. There was never a time we felt uncomfortable, in the dark, or unaware of what was being done and what was expected from us. The project was on-time, on-budget, and the communication was tremendous across the board. As someone who works in consulting and deals with clients on daily basis, I understand how important it is to have excellent customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed with what we saw and experienced throughout the experience. Thank you to the entire Pools of Fun team. We cannot wait to see the joy on our kids faces when we open next Spring! Great work!
