The pool was built really well. I felt like we just got dropped off and it is hard to remember things due to being a new homeowner. The concrete cracked in a few places and we wouldn't have let them done that and would have done the joists.

In general the level of communication between Jake, Dustyn & Chris was great! I’ve hired out many projects and that is usually a big downfall with contractors but these guys do their jobs really well.

We have loved the entire experience!! So much fun to see the construction progress from day to day. All the staff are friendly and have extraordinary experience. So glad we chose Pools of Fun to put our pool in. I had countless changes that I wanted to make as the process was moving, mostly in regard to pool deck concrete size or accessory additions to the pool. They were so easy to work with in that regard. We are over the moon with the end result !!

Pool building is complex. This is the third inground pool my wife and I have had built. There are a number of moving parts in the process and we found pools of fun managed them as well or better than our previous pool builders.

Truthfully, I think they were a very professional company with very professional employees. The entire experience was very enjoyable considering it was such a big project and stressful event.

We have built with them before, but this time it was problem after problem. They definitely didn't deliver what we agreed to or have the customer service we would expect or experienced last time. It was miserable.

I was very impressed by the proactive letter around supply shortages. I do think doing some pool school education at the beginning would be helpful so buyers know exactly what they are signing up for post installation.

We spoke to another sales rep with Pools of Fun a year prior and he was very aggressive; which made us almost not follow up this year. Our construction manager, Tom was fantastic and we were very pleased with him throughout the process. He made everything go smoothly and when there were issues that came up, he was able to explain them to us and help find a resolution. Paco and his crew kept everything clean through their process of installing our seat wall and doing our landscaping. They also made sure everything was right before it was completed. We are very happy with their work, it looks great!
