When the tree fell on our home at night in a rain storm crushing part of the roof in a second floor bedroom and dining area, I had visions of the rebuilding taking four plus months with headaches about materials and getting sub contractors to show up on time. R Craig Lord Construction was the only contractor we wanted to make the house whole again. John Mayer was able to quickly establish a rapport with the insurance company and the work began immediately. The work was completed in eleven instead of the eighteen that I expected!

Lead Carpenter - Gary, our lead carpenter, took care of everything!!! I cannot emphasize how easy this makes the process. He coordinates all subs, solves problems, makes sure all aspects of the reno run smoothly and keeps a knowledgeable eye on things to make sure it is done correctly the first time. He also has really good ideas! And he listens.
