Milgard windows are of a high quality. Yes, Milgard may have quality control issues, but Milgard stands behind their products. With this being said, R & M Windows and Doors was chosen for their professionalism as well as their installation standard. I could have bought the same windows from another installation company and paid a lot less, but I chose R & M Windows and Doors because the installation was very important to me.

R and M Quality Windows and Doors is a professional and very helpful company to work with. They got the work done in a timely manner and they were clean and professional.

Pricing and service were excellent. One of two doors they installed did not operate to my satisfaction initially, so after trying to fix it, they replaced the door. It was clear throughout the process that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

R and M Windows was flexible with my schedule since I work night shift. They were willing to communicate with me over email which works best for me. The workers arrive late on the day of the job, nut they got everything done in under 8hrs and 2 workers short. I was impressed. good work, cleaned up everything well. so far its been about 2 months and everything has been good so far.

We had been shopping for a 40" door which isn't that easy to find. When we did on several occasions at other businesses, it was impossible to complete the purchase. They would drop the ball, product was discontinued and/or no one would get back to us. After, believe it or not, 4 years of shopping on and off for this door, we stopped at R and M. It was so exciting to finally have someone get back to us and stay on top of our need to purchase this door! Outside of a reschedule of installation, all went perfectly well. They purchased the various paints, everything was painted, hardware installed, and door installed. Couldn't be happier with our new door and having R and M seeing that the job got with great communication throughout.

R & M is an outstanding company - our windows are beautiful and the sliding glass door is amazing! Everything looks so much better than I could have imagined. We almost went with a company that is well advertised, but found R&M and we're soooo happy with their work. They were a good value too, and made a threshold so our family member who uses a wheelchair can get onto the deck much more easily.
