Very patient help, great expertise, fun to work with

We had a great experience with RIKB. I'm only doing 4 out of 5 because I think they are cost prohibitive to some people, so I wouldn't recommend on that basis.

No, I would not. It was expensive, people did not show up when they said they would. A mess was left at the completion of the job. And you have my husband's name wrong, it's Mike not Nick.

Kingsley Catalucci was patient, knowledgeable and key to the success of the design process and execution of the project. We started our conversation with Kingsley three years before we actually began the project. She made sure I was comfortable with each decision and never made me feel pressured. Larry Cyr made sure that all aspects of the demolition and construction of the remodel went smoothly. He checked with us at each phase to make sure our expectations were met. When I asked for changes or added to the “punch list,” he made sure we were happy with the results. He made every effort to clean up each day and limit disruption to our living situation.

The outcome of our kitchen remodeling went so well I would definitely want the same experience for family or friends.

I would always recommend RIKB if budget is not the priority. If one can afford the best, RIKB is the best..

RIKB did a wonderful job from start to finish. Erika did a great job of listening to what I wanted and coming up with several alternatives and worked closely with me for all the design details. Joel did a great job on the installation and managing the subcontractors. Everything was done well and on schedule. A couple of unexpected things came up and he came up with great solutions.

I would (and have already!) 100% recommend RIKB. What could have been an overwhelming, super inconvenient kitchen/first floor remodel could not have been easier. Every single question we had along the way was answered, everyone we worked with was professional, efficient, and good at their job (and just all around friendly!). We are thrilled with the results of our remodel, and the ease of working with RIKB.
