Disappointed is my best use of word I could think of to describe my experience with your company. I had 4 companies bid the same job your company looked at and all others came in $2000 less than your company bid.... None of the companies saw leaks... No others told me I needed to do as your tech full of conviction told me I needed. I am upset because my folks have a 10% value package with you and I believe if I review the scope of work you have done for them I will find overcharges made to this 80 year old couple... My parents...

They ordered a part for me. I think it was a valve. The part was available, cheap. I remember the total price was like a $180, which I thought was pretty extravagant for what was involved. We were unfamiliar with it, we didn’t want to bother with it, so they did the job. When I go back to them again, I’d probably look very, very closely because I don’t think they provided that great of a value. We pulled a motor out of a jacuzzi. If we had more time, we could have ordered the part and then installed it ourselves for peanuts, as opposed to the $180. I thought it was pretty outrageous for what was involved, but we were happy because we needed it, and it took quite a while for them to get the part. I don’t know what was going on there. I could have ordered it from the manufacturer and I knew we could have gotten it within four days. My experience with Ravinia was overpriced and probably would not go back to them again, unless I really was in a jam and they were the only ones that could provide whatever. I was unimpressed, unimpressed. I would say they are a C company. They just had to take a valve and insert it into the motor. It took a long time to get the part, like three weeks, two-and-a-half weeks or so.

I always have a positive experience with them. They take care of the plumbing side of things. They did an estimate, and they also found where this water spigot was coming into the house. We couldn’t find where it entered and why it wasn’t working, and they took care of that. Overall, I'd give them an A+ rating.

Ravinia's electricians did some work for me. I'd give them an A+.

They came in for a pipe, it was a slow drain. They cleaned it out. They've also done electrical work for me in the past, and it was good. I'd give them an A down the board. They were friendly and helpful. They got the job done. They came out pretty quick, so I really didn't have any gripes. I'd recommend them.

They were great. Nice people. Good staff on the phone. This job was electrical. They did some cabling and new lighting. I'd give them an A grade for sure.

They were great. I have no complaints whatsoever, I would use them again. They did the furnace and they did some electrical work. And both of the guys were good. They were great.

We had a plumbing backup that they took care of for us. He was punctual. He was clean. He was timely. Ultimately the outcome was not what we were hoping for. There was a problem that was much bigger than we expected, what we thought it would be, and we would have to tear up the floor to really go fix it, so we're just rolling the dice and waiting till the next time it gets backed up. The plumber who came and dealt with it, we were very satisfied with him. I'd give them a B+.

The guys they send out are all good. Had no bad experiences at all. Had them come out for a variety of things for the past five years that we've lived here. Some big, some small, they've always done well. I had no complaints at all, they do a good job. I had electrical too, and now my heating and cooling guy are Ravinia now. Every experience I had with them was very good, I would grade them an A. I would recommend them.

I like the fact that we had a positive experience. They did a general plumbing job. Overall, I would give them a B. We haven't had any problems with what they did. I wouldn't be likely to recommend them.
