Would not recommnend. Remediation team was great, but the repair person was arrogant and told me I get no less and no more than what I had in the quality of shelving that was damaged.

I wish they would have communicated the outcome a little bit better as far as when they came in to take apart the situation.

Chris, the president of Resolution Fire + Flood is a true professional. He was on time, and the service, quality of work, everything was top notch.

Although they took seven hours to get there, it was not their fault, it was the fault of the insurance company. Once they were contacted they came right away. It took nine days to dry out and the result was no mold. Everything was done in a professional manner.

I WOULD ABSOLUTLEY RECOMMEND RESOULTION FIRE AND FLOOD.

Earlier this year I worked with Chris Milliken of Resolution Fire & Flood to repair my roof which was damaged in a storm and the resulting interior damage.

Start to finish I had a superb experience working with Chris, his company and his subcontractors. Within an hour of contacting Chris, he was on the phone with me discussing the scope of damage, what needed to be done and how we could begin to work together. We concluded by scheduling an appointment for the next day (Saturday, I might add) and both he and his roofing subcontractor were at my house inspecting the damage the following morning.

Within a business day or so he had the interior and exterior work scoped out and a budget approved by my insurer. Within 10 days the various subs were ramping up and the work was largely completed within about 30 days of our first conversation. Throughout this time Chris was always in touch with me letting me know what the next steps would be, when the various subs would be on my property and what if anything he needed from me to keep the project moving to a prompt conclusion. I know this sounds like how, of course, things should be but, having done over a dozen construction projects in my life, this is how things rarely go. In my experience Chris is the best general contractor I have ever worked with.

Areas For Improvement - Overall the work quality was very good and the responsiveness of the team was excellent. We had the project manager leave the company twice, which was unfortunate, but the new project manager in each case did an outstanding job of picking up and keeping continuity with very few issues. There were two minor items that didn't get fixed on our punch list, one of which I am told is in process (missing sliding screen) and one of which I asked to be fixed but it wasn't properly fixed (kitchen sink faucet rotates on its base rather than being tightly secured).

Additional Comments - I was very happy with their service. It was a bad experience. I guess it was good as could be expected just because of the stupid thing that I did was bad.

The removal of appliances, dishwashers, etc. were not reinstalled properly. The dishwashers water drainage and connection for the garbage disposal were not at all hooked up, causing water damage to the new wood floor. After the first flooding ,the 2nd DW was checked and it to was not hooked up properly. Damage was done to the door of a DW and we replaced both DW,s. The dinning room hutch was put back without plugging electrical cords in properly. Since the hutch could not be moved at, least by me, the electrical hookup had to be improvised.The TV's were not hooked up and the stereo system is still not put back to where it originally and wires are completely scrambled.All the drawers and closets were emptied (not necessary) and then the contents were haphazardly thrown back in no particular order.

They were all very professional. They were right on top of things and they took care of us right way. I was so pleased because I was out of town for work, so I called my insurance agent and right after that call, he had somebody there. Jeff was the manager who came right away and then the following day, his team was there and they took care of us.

The team sent our home were efficient, communicated well and did a great job on the "Dry Out". They were respectful of our home. The office staff also sent photos and reports to us directly as well as our Ins Co. Easy to deal with and happy with the results.

Techs were polite, efficient and did a good job of mitigating any further damage. Their dehumidifying and drying equipment was removed only after it was determined the process was successful. Job well done!
