Very poor quality for the money.

These are the major issues that I had with Robinson.

1). Measurement error caused major design after signing the contract. The issue wasn’t found until execution.
2(. The plumber ripped up my yard when trying to find the water line into the house.
It was right where it was suppose to be m.
3). The plumber caused a link when he removed a temporary hose bib.
RRCH refused to reimburse me to the leak.
And didn’t pay for me to hire someone to find the water line into the house for them .
4) The plumber left pipes un insulated,
Did not properly vent the master bathroom.
The venting issue caused me to smell sewer gas for 5 months. Robinson refused to take action to look at the venting. I had to hire a plumber for RRCH to get the plumber to fix the venting issue.

6) quality of the cabinets are very cheap
7). Flooring issues- but have flooring contamination has admitted to the quality issues and promised to them.

Their work is excellent, and everything is right on target. They are very professional.

RRCH are good to work with but some of their sub contractors are over priced for the average quality of work they provide. I think RRCH needs to review the sub contractors periodically.

They did a super job. I loved their work. They took care of everything.

Clients can have complete confidence in this company’s professionalism and integrity. There were no lengthy delays or surprise costs in completing our project. They know the area and what subcontractors do quality work.

The only suggestion we would have is it would have been a nice touch if a month or two out from project completion if Mr. Robinson or his designee would have stopped by the house to see the final completion and to check to make sure we were satisfied with all the work. Areas Of Satisfaction - When we decided we wanted to make some changes and additions to the house we met with several potential contractors. All of them basically asked what did we want them to build and did we have our plans? Mr. Robinson was the last contacted and we were immediately very impressed by his approach to our project. He visited the site and spent a considerable amount of time touring the house with us, taking photographs and listening to what we thought were areas/changes that would solve some of the issues we were experiencing with the current layout. He then discussed with us some possible solutions based on his prior experiences in maximizing space and renovating older homes. We were thrilled with his suggestions, many of which, had not even come to mind. We knew at that time that we had found the right contactor for our job. Shortly thereafter, we had our first meeting at their office where the entire process was explained by Mr. Robinson and Mrs. Entrekin. Their professionalism and organization was prominently on display as they walked through the processes they have in place. We believe that RRCH has outstanding, time proven processes in place that are the backbone of ensuring the necessary and effective communication between RRCH, the owner and subcontractors and suppliers. We were impressed by all the information contained on their wonderful website and their project documentation such as the line by line scope of work and the use of selection sheets. Their staff is very pleasant, efficient, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable regarding their specific area of expertise. We really enjoyed the working relationship we established with Mrs. Entrekin who is an all-star with RRCH. While we expected some obstacles during the construction process we were pleasantly surprised to find there were very few issues that arose and any that came up were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. Best of all there were no surprises with any change orders, etc., and it was evident that RRCH always had our best interest at heart. We had an outstanding onsite superintendent Mr. Justin Barber who kept us advised as to what would be happening at our project on a daily basis. He worked hard to foresee and eliminate potential problems or delays. He also gave us several suggestions which helped facilitate the work we contributed to our project. The quality of design and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors not only of how good the house looks but are most thrilled with their comments of how the new construction blends so wonderfully with the original portion of the house. We owe all of this to Mr. Robinson and his expertise in remodeling and renovating older homes. The bottom line is most every component of the project and process exceeded our expectations. We are thoroughly enjoying all the new aspects of our home and believe any potential client would receive the same outstanding experience and product.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The finished product is great. The professionalism of the team was outstanding. All were very easy to work with, and any concerns we had at any step were quickly addressed. Robinson worked really well with Busby cabinets on design and execution.

Budget - Not entirely, but this is not due to any miscalculation or negligence on their part. In reality, our initial budget proved to be inadequate as we made design and product selections, and changes in the scope of work. In each instance, RRCH was prompt to advise us that we were approaching budget limits or that this choice would push the project over the initial budget, etc. Ultimately, exceeding budget was due to our own well informed decisions, not from RRCH misinformation or miscalculation. We have no regrets.

RRCH renovated our downstairs beautifully. The new bedroom, the remodeled bathroom, and the recovered terrazzo floors met all our expectations. We really appreciated the design period option where most of the troubleshooting took place; it made the project run more smoothly than our previous experiences.
