Absolutely, first of all we never felt pressured to pick the top of the line anything. They never tried to upsell us and they listened to everything we were saying and made recommendations based on our budget and our likes and needs. Pricing was very fair, and design was awesome. Gene was awesome with bleeping us up to date on the construction timeline. Over all is was a great experience. We have so many friends stuck in the middle of kitchen jobs going on 6 months, and we completed construction in 7!

She also made full use of odd little spots so no space was wasted. Gene was completely thorough in measuring, aligning, and installing. Schedule - Not only did they adhere to the schedule, they finished early with Gene working Saturdays to ensure we had a working kitchen for Christmas when my mother with dementia was coming over. The kitchen was not just operable but all tile, painting, etc. was complete. They went above and beyond for us.

Lauren and Margie are a great team to work with and really helped me with the issues on my specific order, which matters a lot to me as a customer. As an amateur home remodeler, we had some delays but I now understand those delays are related to manufacturing which is quite common. Lauren went above the call of customer service to meet with me in person to ensure the issue was resolved. I would recommend Rockland Interiors for anyone looking to really put a great face lift on their kitchen.

Schedule - The order and estimated completion date of our order slipped significantly due to some issues with last-minute adjustments and manufacturer delays. Lauren and I went back and forth with email communications trying to resolve and Lauren took a trip, in-person, to meet with me and tried her best to resolve the situation. While it is challenging to rate this delay against Rockland Interiors, I wanted to answer the survey based on the question of schedule.
