We replaced the skylights on our home. The salesman (Mike) was personable and professional, thoroughly explained the options and next steps. The communication with the work crew left much to be desired. There seemed to be miscommunication internally which lead to ineffective communication with us, the customer, throughout the process. Ryan (manager) was considerate and responsive and worked diligently to rectify the situations as they arose. Our installation was done a few weeks later than our estimated date, but was worth the wait. The work was done well. The installers were efficient and professional. One of the skylights started to leak a few days after installation and the crew came right back to inspect. We discovered a tiny hole (factory defect) that was immediately repaired. The skylights are beautiful. The deposit process was easy via the app, but the app was down when I tried to make the final payment. The office staff (Michelle) was very helpful, took the payment over the phone and mailed the warranty info and receipt right out. Lastly, the thank you gifts (card, gift card and cookies) were a welcome surprise and greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

I have already recommended three people to them. I am only giving it a 4-star rating because there was a mix-up after the job was done. An inspector was supposed to come out to make sure it was done correctly. I never saw the inspector after the job was done. I am happy, but I am still wondering where the inspector is.

I was disappointed (1) to find 15-year base sheet being installed after I'd paid for the 20-year base sheet, (2) to find the rotted 3/4" plywood being replaced with 1/2" plywood instead of matching the 3/4", (3) that the sloppy copper flashing installation and caulking was not cleaned up better, (4) to not get more of a heads up on $15k of incremental lumber and insulation cost and $942 for parking permits. Also had other issues outlined below.
