Before Chris even finished explaining their building process to me, I had already decided this was the company I wanted to work with. I asked Chris to put me on their list and less than one year later I"m sitting with my feet propped up enjoying my new home!

Additional Comments - The professionals on my team, Designer Kathryn Elliott and Project Manager Michael Hayes, as well as the entire SBC Home family guided me through every step of their building process and even managed to complete my home at least one month ahead of schedule. That is unheard of in the home building business.

Our experience building a home with SBC has been outstanding. They were responsive to our needs, stood behind their work, and eliminated much of the stress of building a home by providing a great design and build team that worked with us throughout the entire process. We recommend them highly to anyone building a custom home.

SBC Home exceeded our expectations in professionalism ands commitment to quality. They were great listeners and were able to deliver. We had an enjoyable relationship with our design coordinator and site managers during construction and that continues today. We would definitely recommend SBC Home.
