Very friendly, went over everything extremely well so I understood each item. Crew was great cleaned up everything and left it as it except with a beautiful new roof!

We had a lapse in insurance coverage on a house we own that we did not know about. When we discovered it we had to find a different carrier because the previous carrier would not do it. We got insurance through the other carrier then got notified that it was being cancelled unless the roof was replaced by March 1. That is when Zack with SPC listened to our problem on February 6th, had us sign a contract on February 7th and started and completed the job on February 19th. Zack suggested the color brownwood instead of putting the grey back on. We went with the brownwood and it looks great. Blends with the brick really well. If anyone reading this needs a new roof then SPC is the way to go. If we ever need a roof again we will be calling Zack.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job keeping us informed every step of the way. He stayed in touch with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure the gutter and garage door contractors did what was expected of them. He even patched our roof to avoid further damage while waiting on shingles and patched a rotted area of trim before new gutters were put up. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

I don't know of anyone that is actively looking to have their roof replaced right now but if ANYONE asks me about a roofing company I will absolutely tell them they have to call SPC. I don't know if every salesman and Proj Mgr at SPC are as good as the two I worked with but I could not have asked for a better team for my roof.

Their scheduling is convenient and easy to work with, and they showed up at the agreed upon time. The staff was very professional and finished our roof job within one day. They kept the house very clean and I would highly recommend SPC services.
