Steve, the main guy, was very friendly, very professional, and very easy to communicate with. His crew of Marco, Marlo, Carlos, Walter, and Demi were very helpful and did their job. The product turned out great, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Value - I feel I definitely received a fair value for my money. We had three estimates. One was really high, and one was close to the price that Safe Harbor gave us. We decided to go with Safe Harbor because we thought their price was pretty fair and reasonable.

We have referred Safe Harbor Exteriors to friends and neighbors. Safe Harbor is dependable, timely and reliable. Despite the extreme heat, they completed the job in a timely manner and left the jobsite clean every day.

Value - Honestly, I'm not certain. I probably should have pursued additional estimates, just to get a better feel for the costs involved, but I was under the gun due to extenuating circumstances, and this bid was substantially less that the first one I received. Also, Safe Harbor came highly recommended by a friend, and Steve was so much more professional and well prepared than the first individual, that I felt comfortable proceeding.

Recognized Excellence - Steve is a good communicator, and his calm, knowledgeable demeanor instills confidence. He strives to meet the needs of the consumer. We had a few little hiccups with exterior lighting and shutters, and his people made extra trips back to be sure these final details were attended to. The tear off and installation crews were both FAST and efficient, without sacrificing quality, and all seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and the company of their co-workers.

A concern of ours, when making our decision to have our house sided, was our landscaping. It was such a relief that the crew was extremely careful and our landscaping was left unscathed.

Lead Source - I research everything. Safe Harbor was one of the companies installing Hardie siding. I always choose 3-4 companies, after researching extensively, to give a bid on any project we need. I never make a rush decision. After many months of acquiring bids and talking to various companies, we had narrowed it down to Steve as we felt this was a perfect match for us due to his professionalism, knowledge, timely responses and never pressuring us. We drove by 4 different references in town to assess homes previously remodeled by Safe Harbor and were impressed with the quality of work.
