We love our home and the location. However, ever since moving in almost 2 years ago, we have had major issues with our backyard. It was not leveled properly, rocks left in the soil, and then horrible sod put down. We also had drainage issues after every rain storm. Fast forward a year and a half and backyard was leveled again, “new” sod put in. The withers who laid the sod did an absolutely horrible job. It’s not connecting and there are big gaps between pieces of the sod. I am extremely disappointed in the workers doing our yard and the disregard they all seem to have for doing the job right. Be premiered to argue and have numerous hassles about your yard, especially if you’re on any type of slope.

While looking for a home in Missouri and moving from Mississippi, I toured a model home that was very close to my son and my 4 grandchildren. I was so impressed with the quality of the home and the neighborhood that I went home and did some research on the company. I am impressed with a lot of things but especially with their dedication to Christianity. The company came in with my grandchildren and my son and blessed the home and allowed them to write scriptures on the framing of the house before the drywall was put up. I actually moved in yesterday after driving up from Mississippi. One of the gifts that I received Monday upon moving into my new home was a beautiful bible with my name embossed in gold on the cover. I am a widow who is making a huge life change in retiring and moving to be near my grandchildren to be a full-time Nana. No one can imagine how it makes me feel to know that I have moved into such a beautiful, well-structured quality home and a home that I can always be proud of, but especially the people who helped to make all of this happen for me. Tony Grantham was absolutely awesome in his emails, texting and answering every single question I have had. The loan company, Flat Branch and Melissa Simmons were just as incredible as Tony. I just cannot say enough good things about the people and I wish that everyone could see my beautiful home. I will always recommend Schuber Mitchell Homes to anyone who wants a smooth process that has been extremely easy and uncomplicated by this great company. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making my life and my huge life change so easy and comfortable and amazingly exciting for me and my family.

Nothing to do with the home-the mail box needs to be replaced. I've now lived in the house for 2 years and everything is working out quite well. I'd recommend these homes to a friend.

I have been completely happy with how Schuber Mitchell has responded to any repairs that needed be taken care of. What I am not happy with is how the drainage problem in my yard has been dealt with. Although they recently tried to solve the issue, the on-going drainage problem throughout the year has left my yard a mess and it appears that the issue in my yard has not been completely solved.

Josh, didn't pressure me and gave me some references and hh was accommodating and understanding. It was nice. There was enough positive feedback, for me to make a decision. He was amazing. Mr. Schuber was very nice, kind and respectful, toward my Mom. He told us of others that have purchased, through them. Rodney, the warranty guy, is sweet as the day is long. I told him that I thought he was my favorite employee and I feel very secure.
