Our experience purchasing our first home at Seabrook was great.

Amazing community

I rented Monkey Doodle and did not enjoy the experience. I turned on the oven and the smoke alarm went off, I got it to go off, but it was really yukky. Maintainace said they would come look at it, but I decided to just have cereal for dinner. The sheets were rough, pillows uncomfortable, the fold out couch was dirty and stained and not comfortable.

It's a lovely place to take the family for a vacation where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Seabrook is a community where you feel safe and you can let your kids roam the neighborhood without worry about their safety or security. Kids can be free-roaming kids and parents can enjoy some quiet time knowing their kids are in a great environment.

Seabrook Construction is somewhat disorganized. They need better communication and customer service during the home-building process.

It’s such a unique destination that everyone should experience from the gorgeous vistas to the quaint town.

Rick Williams has always been very forthcoming with information and help. Many thanks to the safety and maintenance department workers for all the times they checked our home for us while we were away.

Seabrook has been a HUGE positive in our family's life since we discovered it just a year ago! Our kids are more independent and happier here, we are more relaxed and really able to unplug. There's great food, good wine, beautiful beaches, and just such a good vibe! We've wonderful friends here that we'll likely have for life. We feel so lucky that we get to watch our kids grow up with the freedom and fun of Seabrook in their childhoods!

Buying at Seabrook seemed daunting at first as we live two hours away. Seabrook sales team made the process so easy and stress-free.

It depends on what they're looking for. Hopefully the Seabrook management read this. Last year I did this, and they didn't call me back .They didn't like what I had to say.

It was a pleasure working with them. They did a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the workmanship and everything. We are really happy.

We are from San Francisco, came to a wedding at Seabrook in September of 2017 and fell in love. We came back for 3 visits in the following months, bought our own home there and were moved in by the one year anniversary of our first visit. As a guest, staying here and renting has been great. The picture totally changes as a homeowner. There's a lack of follow through and things that were said to us never materialized. It's been a bittersweet experience.

Seabrook tells you that you can come and see your house while they build it any time. We did visit often and were greeted warmly, told about the work that was being done and if we asked a question were given clear answers. It was a painless building process!
