We scheduled the windows and had to wait five months, but we knew ahead of time. I had to go out and when I came back, there were three more crews here to help finish the job.
I was awestruck at the teamwork of all of them working together and that they were going to exceed my expectations in their dedication to get the job done. I was overwhelmed. They worked together to get the job done.
It was very, very cold and their fingers were numb, so they exceeded my expectations by miles! They all earned raises that day! I gave them 5+ stars all-around when I turned my paperwork in.
They could have possibly done a better job cleaning up the little bit of riffraff, as they did leave some tools behind.
I wish I had known to take my curtains and rods down ahead of time. Things like that could have better prepared me for their arrival.

The speed of installation exceeded my expectations. The window was a 7-foot-high by 6-foot-round window. They were able to take the old one out and get the new one in without us really noticing. They stated it could be a two-day job, but they were able to complete it in one day. They were very efficient.
