We had a great experience with our construction project. We were just working on one room but the team was very responsive, respectful of our house and our time and the final product was really beautiful. I really appreciated the way they all went over and above to be as clean and diligent as they could.

We worked with 3 companies through the bid process. Nobody else could hold a candle to Simonini’s professionalism and finished work product. We could not be more pleased.

The home is not as well made as I would have anticipated. More short cuts taken than I would have thought for the price of the home. Some representatives from the company were lovely to deal with while others were awful.

I would recommend Simonini Homes to any friend.

We completed our second large scale project with Simonini Homes and have recommended them to a number of our friends and neighbors.The design team met with us, listened to all of our ideas and were able to make our vision come true. The communication from our Project Supervisor during the course of the project was wonderful and we always knew what to expect next. Changed over contractors 3 different times during the course of construction. Lack of communication when each new contractor began. We have been living here for 3 months, no one has contacted us to schedule 90 day follow up and many items yet to be fixed/touched up.

The lack of communication was so frustrating that it made what should have been a pleasurable process miserable. We have been in the house for 5 months and we still have significant items from our move in punch list (including the kitchen cabinets) that have not been done.The organization screams for the need of a quality control manager through out the building process and particularly follow up on post closing punch list items.In the end, we like the house but getting to this point has been more stressful than it should have been. I could only give a qualified recommendation for Simonini to another buyer.

We have recommended Simonini for renovations to our friends and neighbors.

This is a tough question. We in fact have recommended Simonini to 2 friends...both of which are building substantial new homes. We do this as a professional courtesy and in the belief that Simonini is a class organization that will apply “lessons learned” to future relationships. In reality, ours was a difficult experience with many hiccups, delays, and mistakes on both ends that resulted in a less than pleasant overall experience. Post moving in, this continues with yard and front walk issues. Individually most\all the folks we dealt with were great...it’s the collective “meshing of parts” that caused most hiccups and unnecessary tension. All that said, we have faith this situation will improve and therefore we feel good about our recommendations to use Simonini and are glad our friends chose to. We are hopeful their experiences will be good ones.
