We had these gutters installed last Fall, and noticed that the end caps were leaking. I called Springrock 10 times starting in June 2024 through November 2024. I left voice messages on most of these calls (including calls to the owner of the company) since no one ever answered the phone. I received only three return phone calls and each time was told that they would call me back within two weeks to set up an appointment after they could check with their crews. I never received a call to set up that appointment. No one ever came to fix the problem and my end caps are still leaking. If you expect any basic customer service, this is not the company for you!

Botched installation. Didn’t do the tuneup I payed for. Did not even clean the down spouts.. Did not Aline gutters. Sat in their cars for the first 45 mins of the job worked about 1 hour. Did Not put the right gutter guards I payed for the used the cheaper ones. Left huge gaps of my shingles (lefted up.) Did not clean up mess left behind. Even left prices of gutters laying in my driveway and yard, Also I was not even informed about ice forming on my roof so not it’s winter I have ice forming and Dripping on my front steps from gutter guards! As this is now a Huge liability and huge slippery hazard on my front steps . This dose not qualify as a top priority customer to them I have to wait 4 weeks or more for them to even fix from the botched install again and how can I trust the installation guys after they totally botched it from the beginning. Feel really bad as a customer so far this has been the worst experience. Truly disappointing every single day. I look at the ice on my front porch…. Oh yeah almost forgot they didn’t even Aline my gutters. Just be aware of the poor quality and the lack of caring by the installers…

They did an excellent job, they were punctual, and I am very satisfied with their work. The price was good too!

I am still waiting for a callback about some information, and the roof shingles were sticking up a little. Also, the gutters are too low, so the water could not drain away from the house. It could have been lifted a little more.

They did a good job. They paid attention to what you ask them for. I wanted it done a certain way with the drainage, I put one on the side instead of changing them. They were real good, did a good job. They did a good job with the garage too. Everything was good, they were really good. I would recommend them to anyone if they needed them. I told my neighbor about them. The work was better. The old gutters, it would snow and the snow got to the gutter in the front and bent the gutters. They were put in with nails. This time they used real strong screws and brackets. They told me about it. I told them to take care of all the things, and they helped me. They covered a spot on the aluminum gap, picked up everything, and clean up. I kept the old ones for a man who collects aluminum. He took those away.

I have no opinion.

I asked the installer to caulk the gutter end that was leaking. I was told this would be done for free as part of the install. It was not done and it leeks.

I wasn't satisfied. They came out a couple of months ago before the holidays, and they are still leaking. I was very disappointed with the job completed.

They were extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. The pricing was awesome too.

Springrock took care of my gutters and soffits with ease. I want to say in a timely was, however we had a lot of rain which put the installation out more than 6 weeks from contract. To be honest, it wasn't their fault. The company that installed the soffits showed up unannounced and weren't expected.

Liked their initial presentation and product seemed superior to that of other companies. Overall quote very reasonable.

I was disappointed, based on their reputation. They did not communicate well. They had staff show up unannounced at my house to take measurements and blamed a miscommunication with their front office. The quote and oral description we received were vague and ultimately left out important caveats that affected what they could do - and they ended up not doing everything they said they'd do, because of the slope of our roof, which was not mentioned to me pre-project. I ended up feeling frustrated and that the job wasn't fully done. This was largely the fault of their sales rep, who did not present a clear and full picture to me, as best I could tell.

They were prompt and the work was very good.

I would tell them to add springrock to their bid list. I would tell them that the installation seems well done. I can't rate it a 5 until i see it go through a winter

Springrock Gutters did a good job. I had some concerns and they discovered that a bird chewed a hole in the wall. They were able to replace and fix it. I was overall pleased with the job.

Overall the installation was fine, and everything is working as it should, reduced stars because the install team left behind a mess in the yard that had to be cleaned up.

The prices for the gutter installation were a little expensive.
