Apparently they have plenty of knowledge and experience on Eichler homes. Combined with the design details from Klopf Architecture, we're happy to see the outcome so far. Also they have pretty good grip over schedule and budget under this unusual circumstances where everything costs more and longer to procure. We have seen minimum delay in schedule and were able to find pretty good alternatives where planned materials were not available. We're also happy with the way they keep track of paper trails, meeting minutes, change orders (we haven't had many though), etc.

The quality was good, but the project management experience made the rating go lower. It was not easy to work with them.

Starburst is great to work with, the team is very attentive and kept the project moving. They are very maticulous and were sure to address any of our questions and concerns affectively.

I can't think of any other construction company that would have kept to the planned schedule and budget as Starburst did. That, coupled with the quality of the work, should be enough to recommend startburst for any construction project.

Neutral on satisfaction - the only crew that cleaned up thoroughly both inside the house and out was the demo crew. All others left the paper-covered hallway and entry dirty and dusty which I had to clean to keep from tracking over the rest of the house. Staff pretty good at letting me know the scheduling of who would be coming each day, plus making sure any questions are answered to my satisfaction.
