Areas For Improvement - This is digging but SunFarm being new to Tesla, just make sure to establish expectation mgmt on Powerwall install will require exterior conduit piping for power interrupts for batteries. The clean look on Tesla’s website is only a reality if you’re building a new home or willing to rip out drywall. Retrofits require exterior conduits & even with a clean look, power interrupt has to be installed somewhere on the exterior wall. Lastly, explain retrofit option is a less invasive option should maintenance/ replacement be required. In the end, SunFarm did a great job ensuring the conduits/interrupts were installed symmetrically next to each battery & it still gave an impressive clean look.

I contacted a person who works in the solar energy field and he told me that since most solar panels are relatively comparable, the most important decision was who would install the panels. SunFarm did a fine job of designing and installing 29 panels on 2 different roofs. They did the paperwork for our submission to the HOA, the power company, and the county. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them for your installation.

Everyone was responsive to any question that I might have and we’re extremely helpful, and we could not be more pleased with the workmanship and our new panels. lI am very pleased with the installation and operation of the array... I have only one concern that has not been solved... I only get intermittent updates on my array's output, like at 8am,2pm and 9pm.. where I originally got instant updates about every 20 minutes.. I would love to get the updates on a continual basis...
