I had SolaTubes installed. This is a truly great product that can transform interior space. However, I had a very complicated roof that made an ideal SolaTube installation difficult. Two of the installed SolaTubes worked as expected; the third was transmitting only half of the light that it should. Initially, Sunshiine Experts was stumped, but they were persistent in working to find a solution. They sent their top installer out. He found a way to shorten and straighten the tubing which was a big improvement. He also installed an additional SolaTube at no additional expense. I am completely satisfied. Their customer service is top notch.
