I have been giving guided tours of my remodeled home to my family, friends and neighbors. Everyone, including me, is so impressed with the transformation. I’m handing out Swank business cards to all who ooh and aah.

Our home renovation was an extensive remodel of our entire lower level which included the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living rooms. Due to scale of the project, it was something we saved for quite some time to be able to afford. It was important to us we select a contractor that was trustworthy, had the knowledge necessary to complete larger projects and held themselves to a higher standard with attention to detail. We couldn't be happier that we chose Swank. From the beginning, before any contracts were even signed, they took the time to answer all our questions and help us understand what we could expect during the project. The project took approximately 4 months to complete. Initially, we thought we'd have to move out for a short period of time, but they found a way to keep us in our home and as comfortable as possible. As nerve-wracking as it can be to have people working in your home day in and day out, Mike, Matt, Terry, Wyatt and Seth were amazing. Each of them was considerate of our home and the fact that I work remotely. We appreciated their willingness to maintain an open line of communication and that they also took the time to understand how we wanted the space to feel once it was completed. We absolutely love the space and are thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality of the finished work you see and sometimes more importantly, the work you don't, is what will have us calling Swank for our next project and wholeheartedly recommending them to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Swank Builders Inc. to anyone that has a building project. It was a great experience working with such wonderful professionals that continued to build my confidence and trust throughout the project. They made it an enjoyable experience with their excellent communication, knowledge and honesty. They have a great work ethic and high standard for customer satisfaction and quality.

The price was high on the estimate but I didn't get additional quotes because we heard good things about workmanship and the company. Workmanship was very good but $2400 for ~3 hours of work is not reasonable. This was shared with 3 different people within Swank sales/leadership... so this shouldn't be a surprise review for anyone at Swank.

Swank Builders did a phenomenal job on my flat roof / deck surface. From the tear off of the bottom vinyl siding and aluminum trim to the reassembly of the new deck with roofing membrane, everything was completed in a very organized and clean fashion. The project manager stopped by daily to not only check in with the crew, but more importantly to check in with my satisfaction on the job to date. Very impressed with the work!

At the beginning of the project, Kyle met with us numerous times, patiently helping us to balance what we wanted at a price configuration that met our budget. His expertise of carpentry is vast, which enabled us to come up with project options that we could have never came up with on our own.
Laura, when we were in a time crunch to pick out finish products, used her experience/expertise to help us make our selections...even working with us on what should have been her time off. She was always just an email/text/phone call away, always making us feel like it was her pleasure to assist us. Her knowledge about the vast array of product out there is top notch, enabling us to make selections that made for a gorgeous finished project.
Jeremy, from the start to the completion of our project kept things on schedule. As soon as one crew would finish, the next one would flow right into place. He always kept us in the loop, letting us know who would be at our house and when. Throughout the project, he allowed us to tweak things, making small changes that made for an end product that we would be happy with. He was cognizant of a time crunch that we were under to have things completed, and kept us abreast of the fact that he was trying his best to meet our preferred deadline. He was able to bring the project to completion with days to spare.
Jon is, by far, the most talented carpenter we have ever known. He, Dennis and Tristin teamed up to do phenomenal work. Not only, did they not cut corners, but all three of them went way beyond the call of duty creating finish work that was thorough, detailed and with workmanship that rose above the level expected of them.
In conclusion, the entire team worked with a high level of integrity and quality of workmanship. In the few weeks that it took to complete our project, we felt like we had become friends with the entire team.

Meticulous attention to every detail. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Great follow up after the project to make sure that the homeowner is satisfied with the finished product. I was very impressed with the willingness to provide not only the best quality product that you contracted for, but if they saw other flaws, they would take care of them. Also for example, my sliding door wasn’t on the track and they fixed that without telling me. I discovered that on my own. Swank Builders is committed to having impeccable, integrity and honesty throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough about their company well managed company.

Brett Swank and his team were excellent to work with from the beginning. The team included Jeremy, Dominick, Shane, and Chad as the primary group. There were timely. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job for me. I would highly recommend them.

I am overall very happy with the end product as it completely changed and uplifted the curb appeal of my home. The owner shows individual investment in each project by coming out and being actively involved from time to time and the builders/crew I was exposed to seemed to really care about their work product and make sure to include the homeowners where necessary instead of operating under assumptions or doing the minimum. Overall, everyone wanted to make sure the job was not just done to spec, but done to satisfaction and I am overall quite pleased with the project.
