Bill, Angie, and everyone we came across at your office were amazing and we absolutely LOVE the plan you created for us, the way you made us feel when entering your building, your attention to detail, just everything. We are rebuilding because we lost our home to a fire. You were the first step in rebuilding after our nightmare and you made it just a pleasant experience. I had a pretty crazy wishlist to fit into our square footage, and was definitely expecting to have to give up some of it. But you guys NAILED it and got me everything I dreamed of. I recommend you to everyone I know and would say we’d use you again, but we don’t plan to. Only because you designed our forever dream home! Five stars all day!

Additional Comments - When I first engaged with TK Design on my 1st two jobs under my new company, Grewal Homes, I had the pleasure to work with Eric Tiffin on setting the scope of services and signing the contracts. His preliminary questions covered items I didn't initially think of that certainly removed any misunderstandings that would have come at a later date. He was frank and honest in managing my expectations, something that is not an industry standard unfortunately. In addition, Angela Nuveman was extremely pleasant to work with, from start to finish! She's personable, down-to-earth, professional and experienced as she worked with me to fine-tune my home plans. She was responsive on every question and change request I made and she did a phenomenal job corridinating with her team to complete the construction sets. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

We looked forward to our meetings not only because we were excited to see the design evolve but the friendliness of the team. Mike incorporated our suggestions as well as making suggestions for moving the laundry room and adding a family entrance and powder room to meet our requirements. Phone calls were always responded to quickly and professionally and deliverables were always on time. Mike explained the design process at our first meeting and what deliverables to expect and when. The process went smoothly. After we paid for our design and the builder required some changes, the changes were made immediately and new designs back in our hands in order for the build to go forward. We would gladly recommend TK Designs to anyone looking for an architect.

Eric was awesome to work with, I would have liked to have chatted with Todd a little during the project, but I never received a call or to see how things were going. Eric was awesome, and a joy to work with, so I did feel as thou Todd put me in great hands, also instead of coasters for a gift for the coffee table, a coaster with a drawing of the ft elevation would have been SO cool, sorry Todd your coasters will not be going on my coffee table, your logo can go on the back and the beautiful drawings should have went on the ft. I'm just a crazy detailed crazy person... over all a great experience with TK design....... would love the company's name to have a set made for the house, great idea, just to personal to have on your coffee table.(your logo)

I think that they did an outstanding job. They incorporated all of the ideas that we felt were relevant, and produced a beautiful product.

We worked with Todd, Mike, Shane and Julie during the process of designing the plans for our new home. All of our interactions with the staff at TK Design & Associates were positive.
