We are one of the few female-owned and operated construction companies in the area and we are known for our attention to the finer details of each project, no matter the size and scope. From the smaller and simpler bathroom jobs to the new Custom Homes we build, each project is equally important and gets the same attention to detail.

Our team enjoys the entire process with our homeowners and their families. One of the wonderful benefits to doing a project is that not only do we build you your dream home or transform your existing home, we also build a relationship with you. We enjoy remaining friends with our homeowners long after their project is complete.

The process we have for taking your project from concept to completion is unlike any you'll find in the Hampton Roads Area. We've spent over 20 years developing our unique approach to every aspect of the custom home building and/or home remodeling process…from lot analysis, to design, through selections, and on to construction and closing.

You will find that we keep the number of open projects to a minimum so we can provide each homeowner with the attention they expect and deserve. We strive not to be the biggest, just the very best in what we do. We would like for you to experience the quality and value offered by T.R. Builder, Inc. today!

Most satisfied that Barry came and took a look at our project himself to be sure that they would be able to do a No. 1 job on our bath. It shows me that they care that the job is done right.
