This was one of the worst experiences with a contractor I have ever had. I tried multiple times to get items repaired with no luck. They kept putting me off. Then I attempted to speak with the owner. No return calls or emails. I even filled out a past survey showing how unhappy I am. Still no response. Shocked and disappointed!
Extremely accessible, great work, on time and fairly priced. Good to have plumbers on the team, not subbed out. Will definitely call again.

They did a good job, very timely, they did what they said they would do.
I am a repeat customer for a very good reason. They seem to fin the employees in their fields. Both times they had the very best and I am a contractor. Those things are a priority to me. Our master bathroom and bedroom was a bit of a challenge and "The Bath & Kitchen Gallery" did an outstanding professional job. They gave us a great new bedroom and bathroom, and helped SO much with the design process. They were very conscious of our needs and also very clean and tidy through out the whole remodel.

After working with a builder and an architect to design a major renovation of our house that included moving and/or removing some walls and doorways for a more open floor plan, we found the project estimates well exceeded our planned budget. We had heard of Bath & Kitchen from a neighbor and received a mailing from them with a discount offered for projects of a certain size or value. We did not know what to expect for a project of our size and scope from a bath and kitchen general contractor, but we called. Joe surveyed our house and planned a beautiful renovation of the kitchen and baths that included enlarging doorways and giving us a more open floor plan. We also refurbished a wet bar area in the family room. The results were spectacular and within our planned budget. We achieved most of the desired renovation effects, to include a more open floor plan, at a much lower cost than with the original general contractor. B&K also handled a change order to renovate ceilings and add new recessed lighting in the living room and dining room ... and completed the additional work all within the original schedule. Our lead carpenter, Kenny, was fantastic and made sure work progressed as planned and that all trades (electrical, plumbing, glass, tile, etc.) were on time and did top quality work. The trades and subcontractors were all professional and did a great job. We had a great experience and are very pleased.
Expertise - Completed a major kitchen renovation and two bathroom renovations. We added a change order to include removal of old living and dining room ceilings and addition of new lighting and switches. All were done beautifully.
Construction Quality - Materials and workmanship were superior and exceeded expectations. Quality of workmanship may be dependent on who is assigned as the lead carpenter. We had the best one. Getting a good lead carpenter is key to project success. Great electrician and plumber!
Problem Resolution - Doris can always resolve any paperwork issues. Just call or email her.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Joe is a great designer and helps greatly with color and material choices. He is highly customer oriented. Kenny was a great lead carpenter and made sure we were satisfied with all work. They started and finished on time. The materials were all of high quality. The final result of all work and workmanship is superior to what many other bath and kitchen contractors might deliver.
Lead Source - Three things resulted in me calling B&K for the initial consult ... a neighbor's recommendation, looking at some work being done by B&K in an apartment of a condo where we also own a unit, and receiving a mailing offering a discount on projects of a certain size and value.
This was our third kitchen renovation project and the smoothest yet. Although the design phase took longer than we thought, the installation of the cabinets, electrical, wall tile, and plumbing, went according to the schedule. The cabinet installer certainly knew his business well and he paid close attention to the details and the overall look of the kitchen. He apprised us of any problem areas that arose and solicited our opinions on how to solve them as well as offering his own solutions. There were few items on the final punchlist and they were all resolved promptly. B&K is a professional organization and it certainly is apparent thru their employees and how they resolved any problems. We highly recommend them to our friends.
Areas Of Satisfaction - We really liked the final designs' details such as the backsplash tile selection, the countertop color, bookcase, and especially the end grain zebrawood cutting board that was integrated into the countertop. The high quality of the cabinets was a definite plus but the cabinet installer was the highlight of our experience. He is the installer that everyone wished that they had working on their kitchen. He is highly skilled, courteous, polite, responsible, and attentive to details. If we have more work done on the house by B&K, we will insist that he perform the work for us.
Clean & Safe - They were just amazing.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Overall I was most satisfied with The Bath and Kitchen Gallery in the overall professionalism of the team, and the great quality of their work.
Areas Of Satisfaction - That nasty old bathroom looks splendid.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Quality and the onsite workers were great, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend The Bath & Kitchen Gallery to anybody! The work is WOW! I've used them before and I would use them again!
Lead Source - I had used them before about 10 or 15 years ago, so when it came time to remodel we didn't have to shop around. We knew that we wanted to use The Bath & Kitchen Gallery for this project.
Areas Of Satisfaction - We're impressed by the consistency of the entire organization--from Joe and everyone in the office to each tradesman. The knowledge, professionalism, and respect for our home and our time was very impressive and appreciated.
This is our second project with BK and although a smaller scope of work than the first job and not as problem free, it was still completed to our eventual complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with the advice and materials selection assistance we received during the design phase and the owner's visits kept the job under control, augmenting the job supervisor's efforts. The skilled technicians employed and the various subcontractors were very pleasant and performed their assigned duties expertly with the problems experienced with one non-employee subcontractor (plumber) eventually fully resolved.

Lead Source - I heard about The Bath & Kitchen Gallery through an online search.
1. Joe Ferrantegennaro, President of The Bath and Kitchen Gallery, sent me a complete list of items two weeks before the requested estimate date that included a letter to confirm the appointment date, a three page list of customers for reference, Angie’s List rating and review form Angie’s list, Letter about who Joe is and what his business does, Certificate of Competency Hillsborough County with license numbers, Certificate of Liability Insurance and their mission statement. None of the other contractors did this.2. When Joe came to the house he was very nice and cordial as were the other two contractors, but he was the only one that actually had drawing items with him and drew out both the bathrooms and the kitchen in engineering drawings so he know what we had and then made changes to the drawings as we told him what we were looking for. 3. We asked all the contractors to give us some ideas on what we could do to remodel our current kitchen and Joe was the only one that came up with creative ideas that we agreed to do.4. Most important, Joe was the only one who gave us the county codes that affected what we wanted to do and how that would affect the cost of the project i.e. I wanted to remove both the other walls of the master bath and put in 2x4” wall and foam insulation which would bring out the both walls 4 inches. If I did this, the county code would make us move the toilet four inches from both walls in order to meet 36” for the code between the wall and the bathroom vanity. This was just one example of many we discussed. None of the other contractors let us know this.5. Joe carries a great selection of quartz by many companies as well as tile and cabinet doors and cabinets. We were surprised that the other contractors only carried one company’s kind of quartz counter top where Joe carried many companies’ different types. We were set on Cambria Buckingham and Joe carried it.6. Joe was the only one who sent a letter thanking us for allowing him the opportunity to provide us a proposal on our remodel project. Payment options were good. We could use a charge card or if we paid by personal check we would get 3% off the total cost. Also the design cost for the remodel was credited to the total cost. The payment plan was a deposit (approximately 50%) up front to order everything for the remodel, 1st draw (approximately 14%) at start of demo, 2nd draw (approximately 15%) at cabinet install, 3rd draw (approximately 15%) at plumbing rough-in, and final payment at completion.Joe and we agreed that the project wouldn’t start until all cabinets, tile, and plumbing fixtures etc. were delivered and available for the remodel. We also agreed that it would take 40 working days to complete the project, which would start on 7 May 2013. We signed the contract and can’t wait to get it started. On 7 May Joe’s crew showed up and started the demo. They first covered the floors with paper and drop clothes to protect the floors. They next hung plastic on the openings of the kitchen walls to prevent dust and dirt going into our living and dining rooms. The lead, Jay, asked us if we had any questions he could answer and if we saw anything we didn’t like to let him know so it could be fixed. This was our remodel and money so it is imperative that they do it the way we agreed to. The whole crew was very courteous and clean and always asked to use the restroom beforehand. They cleaned up the work areas every night before leaving. When a section of the remodel was complete, they asked for my approval before moving on to the next section. The remodel was completed as per contract and we are very pleased with the results. The very important thing we took away from working with the Bath and Kitchen Gallery was they treated our remodel like it was their own house and didn’t except anything but a first rate job.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They never started another phase of my project until I was completely satisfied with the work completed. They provided a lot more information on design features for my project and were totally familiar with the county codes. They were a great crew to work with and respected us completely.
