From the moment we met with them and learned about how they approach a project like ours, to the initial proposals, cost break downs and then modifying the scope of the project, and onto the Demo phase, the building phase etc.., we felt like we were in good hands the whole time. We have been very pleased with the relationship we have had with HOSP before, during, and after our project was completed. The job was completed very professionally, on time, and on budget. We were able to do this while out-of-town without any complications.

Communication was great. The timeliness of sub-contractors was greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the job site was greatly appreciated as we lived in the house during the remodel. But mostly it was their desire to work with the customer to ensure the customer received the product desired and within budget. At no time when an issue was brought up was the response an answer/defense as to why it had to be that way - it was simply taken care of. The result is a very happy and satisfied customer.
