Areas Of Satisfaction - We were very impressed with the excellent communication. The pandemic slowdown provided many challenges to get materials and appliances. Tom was very good about keeping us informed and answered our questions and concerns quickly. Handcrafting new cabinet doors, adding matching trim to existing cabinets to make new additions work, and installing a mosaic back splash were some of the projects that exceeded our expectations.

Schedule - They actually ran a little bit ahead of schedule! Their policy of not starting work til all supplies are on-hand led to a smooth process

Communication - Between emails, texting and their app I always knew where we stood. Their turnaround time for questions after project was complete was outstanding too - faster than other contractors did when they were still in the middle of the job!

Areas Of Satisfaction - Call out on some people: STACY their designer was creative, collaborative, knowledgeable and awesome. She came up with things we never would have thought of, and love. TOM their Project Manager was cool as a cucumber, friendly, professional, transparent, and ran an amazing job. JOSH their master carpenter was a wizard, and was so very nice to our family, EVERY aspect of our remodel was outstanding, from start to finish. We could not be happier

Areas Of Satisfaction - They were very professional. All the points listed in the survey were very important. We've had two projects at our home, and they've done both projects. For both, they were on time and within the agreed upon budget. On one project, there was a small hiccup and they had to replace some doors. They did it like they said they would. We were very satisfied.

Joseph helped with design since our shower installation was a remodel and other parts of bathroom were remaining. Thomas was helpful and answered our questions. Remodeled space was kept clean as the project progressed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - All of the things on my Kitchen "Wish List" were satisfied PLUS PLUS PLUS. From all new insulation in the exterior walls which will eliminate the drafty corner, to stabilizing the floors to eliminate squeaks & unevenness, and the best area lighting we have ever had - were all improvements we weren't even expecting when we started out. Their installers are not just carpenters, but artists, really, from the precision of the design (our kitchen is rather small so everything had to be an exact fit) . The look they achieved with the cabinets and other materials they helped us select was beyond our wildest imagination. Not only does my new kitchen look beautiful, but it is at least 10x more practical than it was, with lazy susans, a bank of drawers, a large over the fridge cabinet, and a handy pull-out.

Areas For Improvement - I don't think they did. I was just amazed and shocked at what a wonderful job they did in such a timely manner. Everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. They had great suggestions. Our kitchen was done a year ago and we continue to be more than pleased with the work. They were wonderful. The employees came to work everyday as if they were happy to come to work. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them. I have never had a construction project go so smoothly.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the workman, Tim. He was on the job from the start. From the time of the demolition to the time the project finished, we had one person that we could communicate with that was there every day. Tom was our project manager and he communicated well. From email to text, he was available all the time to answer our questions. Anna, our designer took into consideration our family's needs and made the kitchen more functional for us. My husband is tall and she recommended higher counter tops. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They had our best interest in mind and were great to work with.
