Areas Of Satisfaction - We were very impressed with the excellent communication. The pandemic slowdown provided many challenges to get materials and appliances. Tom was very good about keeping us informed and answered our questions and concerns quickly. Handcrafting new cabinet doors, adding matching trim to existing cabinets to make new additions work, and installing a mosaic back splash were some of the projects that exceeded our expectations.

For both, they were on time and within the agreed upon budget. On one project, there was a small hiccup and they had to replace some doors. They did it like they said they would. Areas Of Satisfaction - All of the things on my Kitchen "Wish List" were satisfied PLUS PLUS PLUS. From all new insulation in the exterior walls which will eliminate the drafty corner, to stabilizing the floors to eliminate squeaks & unevenness, and the best area lighting we have ever had - were all improvements we weren't even expecting when we started out. Their installers are not just carpenters, but artists, really, from the precision of the design (our kitchen is rather small so everything had to be an exact fit) . The look they achieved with the cabinets and other materials they helped us select was beyond our wildest imagination. Not only does my new kitchen look beautiful, but it is at least 10x more practical than it was, with lazy susans, a bank of drawers, a large over the fridge cabinet, and a handy pull-out.

Areas For Improvement - I don't think they did. I was just amazed and shocked at what a wonderful job they did in such a timely manner. Everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. They had great suggestions. Our kitchen was done a year ago and we continue to be more than pleased with the work. They were wonderful. The employees came to work everyday as if they were happy to come to work. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them. I have never had a construction project go so smoothly.

From the time of the demolition to the time the project finished, we had one person that we could communicate with that was there every day. Tom was our project manager and he communicated well. From email to text, he was available all the time to answer our questions. Anna, our designer took into consideration our family's needs and made the kitchen more functional for us. My husband is tall and she recommended higher counter tops. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They had our best interest in mind and were great to work with.

He was very patient with our schedule for detail decisions, he was intuitive when my husband hit a "minutiae wall" and his eyes began to roll back in his head, Joseph concluded the appointment without even mentioning it. Also, I feel he guided our choices of lighting and appliance placement very well.Tom was the best. Even tempered, pleasant, on top of all crews and in great communication. Also, Mark Kostko was very helpful, told us each day what would be accomplished and when for what he would return. He cleaned up and worked well with our own tile guy and painter. We loved all these men and having them in our home was very comfortable.

Additional Comments - A kitchen is a huge project. I spent months looking at photos and gathering ideas for what we wanted. While exploring Houzz, I kept liking the Kitchen Master photos. One day I made the call and scheduled an appointment. From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Adam Hartig, we knew we were in the right place.Adam was amazing. He gathered all our ideas, came to our home to measure, get proper photos and layout, and he created a fantastic design. Together we tweaked the plans, and then we made the commitment to move forward.Tom Myers is the project manager. Tom came to our house early on to inspect the site and check behind the walls for any potential "surprises." Because of some duct work, we had to make an adjustment to one section of our plan, and Adam did a great job keeping the original plan in mind. Everything moved along flawlessly; there were no surprises along the way. Tom's communication and timeline were perfect.Josh was the craftsman for our project. Every step of the way, he made us very comfortable with what was being done. His work is fantastic. Every little detail catches his attention.
