We love our new house. The Pecoy folks were professional and did a good job, even though they were stretched pretty thin at times. Take the time estimates with a grain of salt. Or two.

Pecoy builds extremely high quality homes, however their customer service is lacking. A few good hires could turn this around in no time, but our experience was not what we thought it would be.
