They were extremely late and did not want to complete the appointment that they set up. The job cost me about four and a half hours of cleaning my garage out from the insulation they destroyed. They fell through my ceiling and knocked light fixtires loose.

I never had a leak in my roof until it was replaced. I have had several issues since that time. Unfortunately they are still not resolved.

Need to compare your estimate with your bill. I ended up paying $3000 out of pocket due to the way they wrote additional information on the bill versus what was written on the estimate. The bill was written differently. That is bad customer service to me.

Our repair went good. However the employees or contractors at the neighbors house with their loud trucks coming and going were going well above the speed limit flat out past our house especially the lifted red diesel. This happened many times daily with all the trucks working at that location.

My project for Thompson & Thompson’s became a real horror story. My home had not been framed correctly, nor sealed correctly with house wrap and moisture wrap and the windows needed to have the seal to repel the rain. The company has worked over the top to fix all these basics. Although we are still working out some little problems, which I expected with the enormity of the problem, my house looks terrific. My neighbors have given all kinds of complements on the work the Thompson’s have done. Oh, yes, I’d recommend them!

The sun bakes my house making it hard to cool. Other companies told me to upgrade my AC unit. Thompson advised me to fix the attic ventilation. They installed more vents added a soffit vent and added more insulation. The rooms are now much easier to cool without upgrading the AC unit. I am very impressed with the results.

Won a free gutter cleaning at a raffle. Called to set it up. They sent out a different company who didn't want to accept the certificate. Settled for 50% off.
