Three Rivers Decks is competent, professional, and easy to work with. They provide multiple options for materials, pricing and completion time-line. My only critique is their limited communication during the project. We are very happy with the end result.

The team at Carolina Desks could not have been easier to work with or more accommodating. The owner Luke had a great vision for the space in question that we were looking to add and came up with a design plan that made it a seamless and visually appealing addition to our patio. As typical of any extended construction project, things came up along the way that weren’t expected, but the team worked to ensure we were satisfied with the results and were able to pivot as needed. Our project manager Bob called and communicated often so there were no surprises about timelines, etc. we are very satisfied with the end result.

Great team to work with

Every aspect of the project was completed professionally. The salesman was helpful refining the deck specifications, presenting options, and answering questions. The crew worked diligently and professionally during four days of record setting heat in the DC area. The project included the installation of drainage enhancement equipment that has eliminated nuisance flooding in the back yard. The owner was readily available to answer questions and made requested changes in a timely fashion. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful maintenance-free deck.

Highly recommend Heilman Deck & Fence. They were on time, true to their quoted price, excellent workers. Would absolutely hire them again for any decking project.

Deck and patio cover were completed in December so we have not been able to really enjoy it. However, we are extremely please with how it turned out. So beautiful! Everyone that sees it is very impressed.

The deck and roof is stronger than my house. If there is an earthquake, I would stand on the deck. I am surprised that a two man crew could build our project, excellent workmanship.

Precision Decks was great to work with. They offered a wide variety of materials and, more importantly, ideas to help integrate the materials into our home for a custom deck.

The guys/crew were respectful of our property, did an excellent cleanup every day they were here, weather gave them a little delay, but that was not unexpected, nor did it cause any real issue.
