Great service and easy to work with!

We had a great experience with WISA completely remodeling our basement and full bathroom. This was a large project involving approximately 1,300 square feet of space which was completely gutted and redone. It included all new flooring, walls, insulation, electrical and plumbing as well as lighting. The results were better than we expected and the work was done professionally and on time.

We had the main floor of our house redone which not only included replacing the old carpet with luxury vinyl flooring, but also painting, installing recessed lighting, replacing paneling with new drywall, and completely redoing the kitchen. Our house now looks brighter, bigger, and new--it feels like we moved. Daoud often had helpful suggestions to improve the overall project. We're so glad we had the work done by WISA!

We spent a lot of time shopping around for the right contractor for our kitchen remodel and we're so glad we chose WISA Solutions. We wanted to redesign the entire space. This involved knocking down a wall, installing a vent over our stove, moving all of our major appliances, installing several lights, and shifting our existing kitchen island over a few inches, which ultimately meant installing a few slats of new hardwood flooring. They did a top-notch job and despite taking on the project during the holidays, WISA stayed on schedule. They were also very flexible with our holiday plans. Choosing the materials was a breeze and surprisingly fun. When we had an issue, WISA was courteous and responsive. Any project like this is going to be disruptive, but WISA made it as painless as possible. We love our new kitchen!

WISA was simply fantastic with our kitchen remodel. We were impressed from the moment we received our initial design. They were very familiar with our type of house and understood our vision for a more functional space. Unlike other contractors we interviewed, WISA did not push us into unnecessary upgrades (we wanted to keep our original floor, and other contractors said that was not possible). They made mid-project decisions in the interest of quality, not in getting more money out of us. The result was a kitchen we could not have even imagined without WISA's guidance and execution. We have already recommended them to several neighbors and will keep them on standby when we are ready for our next home renovation.

WISA solutions was a fine company to work with but they will not schedule permits and inspections for the county. Moreover they don’t necessarily follow electrical code when redoing bathrooms. Keep an eye out if an older bathroom has shared wiring that if they add a new element (a light in the shower) or extend an outlet, it requires new circuitry for the entire bathroom, 20A and separate for outlets and lighting.

If I had to use one word to characterize the job and our experience, it would be "WOW!" From the very first meeting, when designer Alina and owner Dauoud visited our home, to the very last installation and inspection, everyone we interacted with was polite, responsive and highly professional. Although I would say our initial expectations were high, I have to say they went above and beyond our expectations. We interviewed 3 potential contractors (and researching several more) and fortutnately contracted with WISA solutions to remodel our kitchen. This involved basically completely gutting the existing kitchen, creating a pantry space where none had previously existed, installing new flooring, cabinets, backsplash, countertops and appliances.

WISA provided excellent work, at the originally budgeted cost, and did so with a high degree of responsiveness to our concerns and adjustments along the way. They were partners in realizing our vision for a finished basement, were responsive to our design adjustments, and produced an excellent final product. Our house is old and we faced numerous complicated challenges along the way. WISA addressed all appropriately and has since effectively responded to additional remit work that needed to be done. Our bathrooms look amazing. The tiling, installations, plumbing, electrical work, painting and renovations were completed ahead of schedule. The workers were always punctual, cleaned up every day, kept us informed of the next day's activities, and treated our home with respect. The owner came by every day to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with the work. When we decided to renovate the laundry room we didn't even consider any company other than WISA to do the job.

We have owned our home for over 30 years, and I've never worked with a better firm than WISA. The owner, Daoud, is a fine person and is dedicated to delivering quality work and excellent customer service. He has a very talented team, who are professional and wonderful to work with. When he bid the job, he arrived with a project manager and designer, who problem solved options and costs as I told them what we wanted. The designer is very talented and worked with us through the project . When the pandemic came, and we wanted to postpone starting, we had no pressure at all to start until we were comfortable -- which ended up being a year later. Daoud held to the original estimate, which he didn't have to, even though the cost of wood had skyrocketed. The workers were excellent, on time every day, polite and cleaned up, leaving things organized. We made additional requests as the project progressed (new sump pump, additional electrical updating, more cabinets for example) and they gave us estimates for each, followed by a change order we would agree to. Communication was excellent throughout. WISA is priced very fairly, but they weren't the cheapest. We had made the mistake before going with the cheapest bid. This time we wanted excellence and no headaches -- and we got it!. Topnotch people in every way.

They are terrific. Great pricing, on time, go the extra mile if there is a problem. Remodeled 5 bathrooms, and did much other work. All of it was great. Who can say that about a contractor? Not very often.

They did an excellent job. Someone was on site nearly every day. When not on site, the project manager came by and explained what was going on and when someone would be on site.

We wanted to make major renovations to our house, and while we knew we wanted to open up walls and re-do the kitchen, we didn't have any idea what we wanted for materials, color, etc. The designer(s) at WISA came up with a great plan that looks wonderful! The owner, Daoud, was in contact with us throughout the process, and it was nice to have that level of attention paid to our project. WISA worked with us to account for any additions or changes to the scope of work, whether our decision or to satisfy permitting requirements, without slowing the pace by any significant amount. As we had a newborn in the house, WISA opted to use zero-VOC floor treatments to minimize the health risks that come with oil-based products. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our remodel!
