I 100% made the right choice in hiring Varian Construction. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. Every single person who worked on the project - whether it was the Varian team (led by a project manager who exceeded every expectation I could have possibly had) or the subs they hired (all of whom had long relationships with Varian - this is important) - every single person was a true professional and skilled craftsman. No remodeling project is without its "bugs" or glitches, but the thing I most appreciated was the Varian promise from start to finish: we will do whatever it takes to make it right and make you happy. Fortunately, we had very few hiccups along the way, but when we did I had absolutely no doubt it would be "right" in the end. Varian gets an A++ from me in: communication skills; responsiveness; personal care and attention; and of course, the finished product.

Full condo remodel during these COVID 19 trying times. Project was really on time considering some things being back ordered. Weekly updates were provided and progress pictures also.
Response to any questions I had was quick, and explained clearly.

We have been exceptionally pleased with Varian Construction. Their staff and contractors are knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. It was not unusual for us to ask a question on a Saturday morning and receive our answer within minutes. Great customer service. We don’t live full time in Naples and yet, with the picture updates and the portal, we felt that we were part of the process throughout the project. We learned of Varian from a friend and we would definitely recommend Bill and his team to all of our friends.

I think Bill is a very outstanding, professional, and good at what he does. His personality and attitude were great. My only disappointment is in the project manager.

Working with Bill Varian was a pleasure. Although our project was not large (around $10K) he gave us personal attention, and was more than willing to add small additional items to the project. I always knew what workers would be on site when, and was never in doubt that the project would be completed on time and budget. It's been over a year since the work was done, and we could not be happier with the results!
