We approved the design, selected all components and cabinets were ordered. Three weeks from delivery of the cabinets, we were finished on schedule and on budget. The end product is perfect!

We liked them from the minute we went in the door. The salesman, Bill Brown, was great. He showed us everything. We said, here's our budget, and he said he'd work with us. I asked if we could do this or that, and he said yes we can. He worked with us every stop of way. The installers came in the first day and were absolutely considerate; they put down things on the floor to keep it clean. At the end of the first day I could use my kitchen to prepare dinner. At the end of the second day I was able to use whole kitchen. At the end of the third day the manager came in and said something was wrong that I would never have noticed. He saw it and he made them redo it, and my kitchen is perfect. I get nothing but compliments on my kitchen. We liked it so much, and they were so professional and so nice, that when we decided to do our rental house we deiced to use them again. It only took two days, and we are nothing but pleased.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work, the quality of the cabinets I received, and also that the cabinets themselves are American-made, which I was very pleased with. The guidance they gave me went above and beyond the call of duty for them. The workers were just impeccable, very professional men. I had friends that came through while they were working that were just astounded - they thought the laminate was granite. The quality of their subcontractors is #1 as well - they were just great. I am definitely going to have Welcom finish up the rest of my floors.

My overall experience with Welcom Cabinets was just that, an experience. BIll was not the easiest person to communicate with, he just sat there and said "We can do that", but we never felt he was listening to our thoughts and concerns. Every time we met with Bill, he never seemed to remember what we had talked about the meeting before. Then came along Jon, and we were sold. Jon helped us come up with a design we wanted that Bill had never thought to show us, he worked everything into place that we wanted. Then when the construction began, Jon was awesome, he had everything in the right place, it was smooth, he fixed any little snag that arose. Bill was there when a check was due and he was awkward about asking for payment. Jon was the person who got things done and brought the professionalism to the table and represented Welcom Cabinets to the highest regard.

Lead Source - My husband knew where they were and wanted another another estimate. They were much more price value and did, or were able to provide all professionals needed to provide a turn-key job. This was important to us as we did not want to be responsible for any part of this new kitchen, except in designing and picking colors.

I like the customer service and the variety that Welcom Cabintes has, as well as all the options. They work with other companies in the area, and that helped a lot because I didn't have to wait long to get my stuff. I love the end result; it looks really nice.
