This is my second time to have Window World windows installed - once in Missouri at our preschool and at the house in Oklahoma. I was so impressed with the first set of windows that I knew who to call when we wanted windows in our niece's house in Oklahoma. The quality of the windows is exceptional and the installation professional. Beside adding a nice touch to the outside of the house, these windows are very energy efficient. Oh and finally no one can beat Window World on pricing and quality for the money. Kudo's to Window World of OKC!

I highly recommend Window World. I replaced all my windows in my home. Erik came out quickly and gave us a quote and helped us figure out what we needed. The installer was one of the most professional people we have ever met. Everything went smoothly exactly as was told to us up front. No hidden fees tacked on. We had one window that the installer noticed was slightly damaged, we would not have noticed it I don’t think. He ordered a replacement window and installed it as soon as it came in. Very good experience for us.

We had a heavy duty storm door installed. The side frames were not correct from the manufacturer...but Window World was able to get the pieces quickly and get us fixed up. We love our new door.

From my very first phone call of inquiry (last October 2020) to the completed project (March 30, 2021) EVERYONE at Window World took my phone calls, returned my calls and/or tests promptly. They answered each and every one of my questions without making me feel like I was being that Pain-In-The-Butt-Client, the one nobody wants to talk to. They also reached out to me and didn’t wait for me to finally call. Window World kept me informed of the progress and/or delays of my project. I was never left wondering what in the heck is going on. I truly felt that Window World wanted my project to be successful. That my project wasn’t just important to me, but it was also important to Window World. My windows and siding weren’t just slapped up with a hope you like it – they were professionally installed and my opinion of the installation was questioned all along the way.

I am very pleased with the windows and storm door we had installed. The windows made a great difference in keeping the house comfortable and allowed us to turn our thermostat down. The installers that handled our house were very professional and very courteous.

Yes, the windows reduce outside noise and they are very energy efficient so I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone.

The only problem I have is that they took forever and a day to install the windows. Once I contacted them to find out when and where my windows were, they magically came in and then they came and got the job done.

Everything was great.

I was not informed as to what kind of window I would get. I had a window installed that the seams were terrible, another one with the lock not working and one broke within two months. We never received a call back from the owner Bill, about fixing claim and warranty issues.

The monthly bill goes down and they practically pay for themselves after a couple of years.

Work was timely and workmanship was very good.

They are reliable. This is the second time we have used them. We have been pleased every time. We got windows done the first time, and a door and windows done the second time. They have been perfect. The installation was very timely.

We are very happy with the windows and sliding patio door that we recently purchased from Window World. However, we were quite disappointed with the installer and his lack of attention to detail in the installation process. We did let our concerns be known and after several attempts at correcting the concerns, we are satisfied with the end result.

Everything went pretty smoothly and the installation was great. It took them a while to get the windows in but that was all because of COVID. I don't hold that against them.

Window World of Oklahoma City doesn't stick with their price. They kept going up. I got a quote of $4,000 then I got a price of $6,000. They kept going back and forth. I felt like they just wanted me to get a color that costs more. At this point, Iwas just ready to get the house done. We already invested a lot into this house. They don't honor their word so I'm very leary of using them again. The first estimate was $4,700 then it kept changing. If you can't stand by your word then that's bad for business.

They were professional, clean and did the job in a timely manner.

I would advise anyone going into a contraption agreement to read their contract very carefully.

The people who came here from Window World of Oklahoma City were extremely courteous, clean, and nice.
