To begin with they tried to cover up damaged wood that was to be replaced. Thankfully our neighbors took pictures while we away. We have removed more than 1,000 nails from yard. We are still removing metal clips, pieces of vinyl siding, and pieces of insulation. The trampled shrubbery. They have yet to replace a damaged electrical outlet cover. Numerous calls have been made to the salesperson (Jack) without anything more than a promise. Save your money, find another company. They should not be allowed to participate with Home Advisor or Angie's List.

I had windows installed June 2019. Within months hundreds of bees were getting in the house. I wondered if these windows were sealed so good how could the bees possibly be finding a way into our home. Dean from Window World came out and looked at the windows. The bees were getting in behind our siding and getting in somehow. Dean suggested since this was an old home they may need to take all of the windows off and put a flashing behind the windows and then reinstall them. He told me Management isn’t going to want to do it but it really needed to be done. He sealed off the area where the bees were entering through the siding and told me to keep an eye on it. He would speak to management and let me know. Weeks later I called them to let them know the problem still exists. From October 2019 until January 2020 my appointments were canceled 5 times by Window World to come back out. MId January I called to complain about the numerous cancellations. Finally they came back out with management I'm guessing. Of course the bees are no longer active because of the 20 degree weather but now lady bugs were getting in. After inspecting the windows the guy came to the conclusion that the bees were not coming in from the outside but instead were inside trying to get out. He claims the windows are sealed and because my home is a very old farm house, they must be getting in through the walls. I was insulted that he thought I would actually think I believed his excuse and told him I disagreed. He then inspected the other rooms and went into the attic. He discovered a few areas where light was coming in and said that is probably where they are entering from (although I always thought all attics have ventilation of some sort). He also noted that we had dirt dobbers in the attic. I have lived in our home for 23 years and have always had dirt dobbers in the attic but have not ever had an issue with bugs getting into my home until after the new window world windows were put in. I told him I disagree with his assessment and he told me too get an exterminator. Clearly when management came out they were not looking for a solution to my problem but an excuse to not have to fix the issue. Very disappointed! Will never use again nor recommend.

After installation, rain came in under the door. It took multiple phone calls to get someone to come back and look at the door. We are not sure that the problem has been addressed and are also unsure of the service support that Window World will provide in the future regarding this issue.

I like their price. Once they quote the price, that is what they charge for the job.

The installer who installed my doors was an elderly man by himself; he went above and beyond. He did an amazing job!

Additional Comments - I used them for this project. It was the biggest project. I also used them in 2007 for my home and again in 2014 for a small job at my mothers home. This was the biggest job at my mothers home. I think their prices are reasonable. You can get this kind of work done for less, but the people who do the job may or may not show up on time. One of my neighbors had siding and a roof installed. It took them 3 weeks. This siding job took 4 days. If someone has time for something to be extended weeks and weeks then they can get the guy in the pickup truck.
