Our sales rep Anthony Guerrera was terrific at working with us and helping us move forward. He was always willing to review options and provide guidance. Our installers were also very engaged, answered all questions and were professional on the job. The products themselves met our expectations. We appreciated the fellow Gary who came at the end to inspect/review the work.

I chose WindowRama, even though more expensive than others, because I wanted professional installation from Andersen certified installers. I also expected the personal attention and supervision of my installation by a project mananger with whom I had met and discussed all aspects and special considerations as promised but did not occur.

The quality of the products and the dedicated team at WindowRama make it a great company to choose if you need new windows and doors. It was the second time I used them. They did a great job both times.

WindowRama did an excellent job.

The trim that they used, I don't think it comes from WindowRama. It was not number one clear pine, there are knots in it and other things. They should get number one clear pine or other trim. The Anderson windows have big globs of caulking around the windows, they said that is the way the factory does it.

I was also impressed how quickly things were done in order without any need for me to follow up first. I got a call almost immediately from installer to come and look at the job. Then I quickly received emails notifying me of the approximate dates of the delivery of materials. Then I’d get updates. The dates were right on target and possibly a little sooner. Then it was time for delivery. Because we didn’t have room in our garage to store the windows, they had the windows delivered the morning of the installation. Everything moved like clockwork. The delivery was a little early (perfect), they called first to notify me of an eta. Then the installers showed up exactly on time if not a bit on the early side (also perfect). The installers were delightful, helpful, organized, knowledgeable and left the house spotless.

The team of four guys that came to install my patio sliding door were professional and courteous, considerate of my property to ensure minimal mess and they cleaned up before they left.
