During demo best part was ease and locking of window. I have to wiggle to get to locking (not one finger closing as demoed). Then there is play or movement once closed both horizontal and vertical. We're told could pick width of exterior mold but wasn't given choice. Also was cheap metal and looks like mobile home. Not very high end. Screen mesh not tight and flaps like flag in wind. I have had competitors window in other home and tons better. In retrospect I would have used them instead for this install. Price quotes were identical. Would not recommend.

I love the windows. They look pretty from the street when I come by. I am pleased with the look.

The interest rate is not explained. Windows USA comes out and puts you with a company to get ytou approved. They have great windws and what they charge for the windows is way too much. When the guy came out and sold me the windows he said I would pay 15000 and now it is 35000.
