My initial presentation was right on time and presented in a professional manner. There was no pressure to agree to a purchase, even with the automatic gift of a $100 gift card. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase and so are my family and friends that I’ve recommended. In need of new windows give Windows USA a chance.

I love my new windows! I would recommend Windows USA to everyone. When I look outside now, I do not even see the surrounding window, it is like it's not there. They were installed in a very neat and clean manner and were beautifully done.

I am still waiting for them to call me back to re-install my windows, which were installed backwards. You are not supposed to see into it but you are supposed to be able to see out of it. Management called me back and said they were going to schedule someone to come out to repair that, but I have not heard back from them.

The windows look good. However, they seem totally different from what the salesperson showed me. If it's cold outside, it is still cold in my house. On the demonstration, they showed me it would block the outside weather. I don't feel a difference with these windows. I feel like he showed me something totally different.
