Windows USA seemed to have been very thorough and was efficient in getting the windows done.

They used a different material as a substitute instead of using what I picked out. It looked nice but I did not like that. They said they could not find what I wanted. I do hope it is of good quality. I did not get what I paid for. They said one thing, but they gave me something else.

My only comment so far is I've worked with Window USA before, and I'm familiar with the referral system, and I feel like I've been harassed by the people who do the referrals. I'm not pleased with that at all. They seem to be pushing the limit with it, and I don't like that.
