I would normally give a good quality rating. I think there were some interpersonal skills for the crew that came out. When they left the job all the areas by the window weren't cleaned off.

The men assigned were professional and mannerable. They finished the job after it was dark, therefore I was unable to fully inspect their work. After giving them a 10, I discovered my furniture, curtains and other items were not put back in place. Furthermore, they left without going through all the 20 windows which were replaced. I did later. A number of them do lock lock, as they should, after opening them. I have contacted the office and am awaiting a response. It is very disappointing and concerning.

I think they are overpriced based on the original quote I received. It was $1,749 per window which totaled to $8,000 for 5 windows. When I called back to complain, they lowered the price down to $6,000 for the windows. That made it $1,200 per window. I recommended a friend who was quoted $700 per window. I am really upset about that. If it's that much wiggle room, I feel like I got screwed.

The shutters on my house are not long enough for my windows. I wish they would have told me that. I have to buy new shutters.
