The team was very professional installing the windows. They were very clean, skilled, very informative, and on time.

Windows USA, LLC comes out and sells the windows with someone who knows how to sell the windows, speaks the language, and advises that the windows will be installed properly. The crew comes out who does not speak English or know what they are doing, so the communication is down. They leave the installers here all day, and there is no communication. I have part of my window on the trim, and the other part is below the trim on my front window. Anyone should know how to adjust a window. They have one window tight on one side and loose on the other. I have an architectural degree, so I know how it should work. The window on my left side is leaning downward on the northside and upward on the southside. They had to send someone out here to look at it. They took my screen off and put it on the plywood where they had been walking all day without any protection on it and tried to make the screen slack come out. They broke one of my wood blinds. I did not ask them to put the blinds back up, as I was the one who took them down. They put one blind up and did not put the other two up. They put the blinds up on the east side because they broke the clip on the top of the window, and then it made sense as to why they did not put the other blinds up. They had a manager from Houston come out, and they do not want to admit the contractor is at fault. He stated I should know it would not be perfect, but when I pay $14,000, I expect it to be perfect. I did not want him to come back to my home. The second contractor told me my roof was leaning, and that is why the trim looks to be leaning. I can tell by looking at it that it is the trim. I told them not to come out and speak with their own verbage and not take the blame for their fault. They come out and sell things in a professional manner, but they send out workers who do not know what they are doing. They have three different people working on three different windows, and all the windows are different with their issues. They were just unprofessional and had no knowledge to have the scanner number for the alarm sensors to be turned toward each other. They attached two alarms to one window that was not matching the rest of the windows. All the other alarms were one on each window, so why would they attach that? I would not recommend them, as they are not true to what they sell. They sell the product and send a crew out who does not know what they are doing, and the managers who are over the crew do not want to take responsibility. I gave them the ring to my house, and I sat outside. That is an error I made, and I will never make it again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the windows and the installers.

I thought everyone was great. They were professional from the start with the salesperson to the installation.
