Windows USA did a really good job, and they were fantastic.

Communication was not clear in regard to getting the alarm system reinstalled after the wires were cut. I asked if the company was willing to reimburse me to get it up and running, which was not made clear when doing the demonstration. Also, during the installation process, they leaned a window against the garage and hit my car, and that was very careless.
