Windows USA is a very reliable, honest, fair-priced company!! The minute a Windows USA sales representative enters the home owner's home, he gives the owner a $100 gift card, with no buying obligations!!! If the owner states that he or she can't afford the windows, all the rep would like for them to do is, if in the future, you change your mind or need new windows, they'd like to be considered to do the job!! The referral program gave me $100 for every person who allowed the salesman to enter their home!!! Thus far, I've earned close to $1000 through the REFERRAL PROGRAM!! I never doubted Windows USA's word and neither should you!! They are so legit!!! Thank you Windows USA!!

They are very highly professional people and the quality is number one

The salesman informed me that he would have the installers come back and install window unit when needed before installation and after the installation he acted like he didn’t remember telling me that.

I just wish that they would have taken off the broken windows. I told them that I wanted to keep the old windows, but I did not realize that they would be broken. Everything was great other than that.

Some of my windows are not properly locking.

Windows did not look like what was brought to the presentation. The guys that put in the windows did a sloppy job left A lot of broken glass I was told that the screens were custom-made. They put them in themself and it was look like a water wave they were so un even and the caulking was horrible.

Will not recommend. I a complaint about my window in June. Still haven't heard back.

The product itself and the quality are amazing. I love the windows and the way they look. Initially, once everything was installed, we had to have Windows USA, LLC come back due to loose screens and windows being the wrong size. The follow-up is slow and lacking, which is a concern. Now that we have the product installed, there is no urgency to resolve the issues. The commitment was not fully met as the items that needed to be followed up on are still not followed up on. There is no sense of urgency for things that were promised.

I was satisfied with the work, but I wasn't at home when they put the windows in. I was in a car wreck and in the hospital. My husband was there some of the time. We agreed for them to put the windows in. Some of them had defects and wouldn't go up and stay up. There was another one that wasn't put up properly. It had air seeping through it. There was supposed to be a window in my back door and they still haven't done it. They came back three times and replaced the defective windows and my utility bill has reflected that. I am satisfied with that. I would like for them to come back and do my back door for me.

The salesperson was very thorough in providing information about the windows. He was also knowledgeable. The installers were thorough and timely in doing their job. As a customer, I didn't have to do anything but be here while the installation took place.

I love Windows USA but the company they use to secure the loan is misleading.
The representative gave me one quote, but when I talked to the people securing the loan, it was a totally different quote and was about twice what the original quote was.
I was expecting to have a quote to know exactly what I was going to be paying beforehand, so I could make an appropriate decision without being forced into this, but they wouldn't answer calls or respond until after the windows were installed to ensure I couldn't back out.

I love my windows. It makes my house pop. It brings out the house. My other neighbors are also getting them.

They gave me a great deal on my windows, and I can tell a difference in how the house feels since I had them done. I have had people tell me they didn't get the full screens when they got new windows, but I did.
