The common complaints were: project delays, no-shows for days and lack of communication with their builder. In contrast, my experience was just the opposite. From the beginning of planning to the end of completion it was way beyond my expectation. Through the whole process I was pleasantly surprised at how little stress I experienced. All of your Zieba employees and subcontractors worked every day from morning to evening and were extremely professional, showed pride in their work and at the end of the day the property was left extremely clean.
