The technician (Perry) was an incredible representative for your business model. He was quick and efficient and willing to answer my questions (politely). Reminds me of the good ole days.

They come earlier then they say that they are coming when you are the first call of the day. Any customer would be annoyed with that. They should tell you that they are coming between 7:30 and 9 instead of 8 to 9. It is a characteristic of the company to do that. A couple of years ago they installed a garage door opener for me and they did the same thing.

I called to set up an appointment, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Service tech was able to assess issues quickly. All parts were on the truck and extensive repairs completed in less then an 90 minutes. It's been 2 months since the repairs and door is operating smoothly.

The fellow that came was friendly & knew what was doing. I had originally called to get new remotes, but was shown that the lifting mechanism was beginning to fail. I agreed to have the system fixed. The new Lift Master has better lighting which stays on longer. So far, I am satisfied.

Mike arrived early, and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the end result.

They are very nice people. I have called them before and they told me over the phone, how to fix it myself, so that I would not have to spend any money. When he came out, he fixed what he came to fix and then he helped me with some other things also. He helped me set the times and change the lights properly. They are great.
