Areas For Improvement - They did not fall short of my expectations at all - actually surpassed my expectations on the initial call by getting the door functional.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The quick response to my dilemma was of utmost importance to me. They made my door functional until a new one could be installed. I'm sure it could have been functional for an indefinite amount of time, but I chose to replace my door rather than worry about any possible problem with the integrity of the system.
