This is a local company that has been in business many years. My sister, who is a realtor, recommended them to me and she was so right to do so. Jeremy explained everything he had done to come up with the cost, he was friendly as well as professional. My son, who is a contractor told me that if the cost is close to a certain number, take it-my cost was less so I knew then that this is a reputable company. The workers were respectful of me and my property, always friendly whenever I saw them while leaving of coming home. They did the job well but in a timely manner. I have lived in Gresham for years. I have driven by AA Riteway Roofing many times. They have stood the test of time. I'm thinking they have all the bugs worked out by now, ya know what I'm saying? They were working in the summer heat with long sleeves and hoods on their heads. They were amazing. They were respectful and quiet natured. They gave it all they had in a safe manner. Nobody could expect anything more from these guys and I am so grateful that they installed my roof. It looks wonderful .

Came when scheduled. Completed job without schedule interruption. Fastidious about care of our home and property. Alerted us to things that they found and thought should be changed or corrected. And then followed through. Cleaned up as they left. Disruption of our home was minimal, and kept that way for the duration of the project.

And their quote was very reasonable for the roof to be replaced with new shingles, vents, skylights,etc. compared to their competitors. Our roof was on their books with in a week of signing paper work and they got the job done in two days, and the new roof looks great! We chose the Williamsburg gray shingles.

They were fantastic. I couldn't be happier, from star to finish. It was quick and I felt like everything was safe. I was in great hands and wasn't taken advantage of. I am fixing up my father's home that just passed away. They were very professional and I didn't have to worry about it. Jeremy and his crew did a very fine job. I would recommend them to others. We have one outstanding issue with my attic fan. I have a lot of confidence they will resolve that within the next seven days. That wasn't to do with the workmanship or professionalism. It was an issue with the manufacturer of the fan.
