They were very professional, clean, and quick.

Aaron Builders facilitated the process for me. They were accommodating in terms of working with me alongside the development of the progress with contents. When it came to giving me time to schedule for delivery, I think they were good people, especially with all the repairs to be done. They allotted me time for the process and were courteous, which went a long way for me.

They are not efficient, and they hardly did anything. It took over four months. I had sewer water in my basement. I had to do the demo because my house smelled. Furthermore, I couldn't wait any longer. I am not impressed with their packing crew. They went through things they shouldn't have gone through. They moved things they shouldn't have moved. It was a terrible experience.

They scratched everything and some of the flooring is coming up after they repaired it.

They were quick to come out and brought a floor contractor with them, which set up the process. The brought samples, and it was all professionally done.

Totally satisfied with Aaron Builders from start to finish. Big shoutout to Eric Sandusky the project manager who did an excellent job from beginning to end.

I would not recommend Aaron Builders for any reason. The communication is nonexistent, and the quality of the work is poor.

There are so many things. I am unsure where to begin. Aaron Builders charged my insurance a lot of money, and did not do a very good job. I was not satisfied.

I felt that they came in with an amount to paint the ceiling and the window frames that was just underneath the chart. I think it's $300 to have a ceiling painted and they would have allowed $65. There is no way unless an 18-year-old with paint from Kmart were to come out at $65 dollars. I was very disappointed with the structure estimates.

The work was done well but sometimes getting them out here was a problem.

I am very satisfied with their services and the outcome. I commend them for working in such trying conditions and we couldn't be happier.

For the most part, I have been happy with the people I have dealt with, from the people who packed up my contents, to the quality control, and the project manager. I am very disappointed with the timeframe, but it may be due to Covid and building inspectors. Otherwise, if Aaron could have made it go quicker, he would have.

I was pleased with the installers, especially Michael. He was fantastic. The painters and carpet installers were good. I was pleased with the job they did. They were all professional, and I could not have asked for a better job to be done.

They were very professional and accommodating. I would recommend them and I will use them again in the future.
