work was competent though the financing was supposed to be interest free for the first year but is not. I was told they could refund some of the money I paid but not seen it yet. I was called a liar about my roof and I had only repeated what their people had told me. I signed up in Aug 2020 for a metal roof and ended up with a shingle roof at a metal roof price.

Integrity: doing the right thing when no one is watching. Because of a paperwork mistake, ABC refuses to stand behind their siding. The corporate office knows it is ABC siding, their franchise dealer installed it, the paint is chipping terribly, yet because of an omission on transferring the warranty, they refuse to stand by their product. I was told that the previous owner "should have read the warranty". Make sure you read ALL the fine print!! I guess I was brought up differently, when I give someone my word, I don't hide behind "fine print". ABC sold and installed a defective product and have the law on their side, they win I guess.

I really like the look of my steel roof. After having others out to give me an estimate on asphalt roofs. I am very glad I went with ABC and a steel roof.

The initial work to replace my roof with a steel one was done on time and well. The follow-up job to install snow brakes was a disaster. The first time the crew came they did not have sufficient materials because the salesman did give them what they themselves though they needed. They had to come back a second time but by then the season was too advanced and cold and wet from snow to effectively glue the snow brakes on to the roof and part of the roof did not get done. This meant I had snow calving problems off the roof that winter/spring. Then about 20 of the snow brakes that were installed fell off due to the fact that they were installed in too cold of weather to adhere to the steel roofing. THEN, when I tried to get them to come correct/ finish the job this year, no one came out tor contacted me, until early in the fall after I gave up and contacted the Fargo Better Business Bureau. The worker bees are good; the management is terrible.

From top to bottom I was very pleased. They are very professional and they went above and beyond. Everyone has been very happy of the look and the relief of having the new roof. We have only had one issue so far, there was a little leakage, and ABC came right out and fixed it up. From construction to warranty we are so far very pleased.

They were very efficient. The cost that they quoted was exactly what it cost me. I am very satisfied with the way it looks. It have no complaints on the roof and I am satisfied that I don't have to worry about the roof leaking and getting water in the house anymore.

Our neighboring house had gutters and downspouts installed by ABC several years ago so when we remodeled out cabin/home we called ABC. The old contract from several years ago was still in the downstairs of the neighboring home - so it was no brainer. We liked the look and durability of the gutters so we got the same on our home.

I was not very happy. I have an old victorian home that has pillars on the corners and they cut off a crown. I was not happy with it and I cannot fix it because there is a big gap.

I was happy that the installation date was moved up and my project was due sooner than expected.

We first came into contact with ABC Seamless back in 1990 when we had steel siding put on the house. At that time, we had some windows replaced that were supposedly guaranteed for the time that we owned the house. Unfortunately, the company that provided the windows went out of business. Therefore, we have had a few issues with the windows over the years, but because the company went out of business we had to replace some of the windows. Although they said they gave me a good deal, that for me was frustrating because windows are not cheap.

A three because of the scheduling. If they didn't have enough people to do it they should've communicated the problem to me but they never communicated at all.

We're very happy with the door that was put in. It's a great quality door and we liked working with ABC Seamless.
